Due to the weather today and tomorrow, we are staying in Sheboygan. There has been a lot of wind with crashing waves and some rain today. Not the flat Lake Michigan we have come to know!
We took an Uber to the downtown farmers market and loaded up with fresh produce. There is a large Laotian population here. The original people were brought over in 1976 because they were refugees or helped the United States in the Viet Nam war. Known as the Hmong people, they comprise 9% of the Sheboygan population.

| On our way back to the marina, we passed by a shipwreck that was pulled from Lake Michigan and reassembled on the land. |

When we got back to the boat, we had a boat card from another Looper. They were inviting us to Dock-Tails on their catamaran. So of course we went. |

| And to close today, everyone remember this 😂 |
Surfers are freaks. Just sayin’ mr
ReplyDeleteBut especially the ones who surf the Great Lakes in 33 degrees water in the winter months!
